Paper Submission

  • All submission must original, has not appeared in literature in any form in the past, and will not be submitted to any other venue concurrently with ICMA-2013 submission or until it appears in ICMA-2013 proceedings.
  • The submitted paper must be camera-ready 4-6 pages long and formatted according to AIP Conference Proceeding Template. Papers should be submitted electronically as a PDF File.
  • To submit a paper, please connect to the EasyChair SUBMISSION LINK. [If you already have an easychair account, you may proceed for submission. If you do not have an account, kindly register HERE first. (If you have a problem with the submission system, please submit your full papers directly to icma2013@amcs.co)
  • Only papers submitted through the electronic submission system and strictly adhering to the relevant format will be considered for reviewing.
  • All submitted papers should go through an initial screening process by the ICMA-2013 chairs committee to weed out papers which are not suitable for the conference scope or have different focus, papers which are marginal, weak papers (not much contribution), written with low quality of English and etc. Only good and relevant papers should be processed and sent to TWO independent Program Committee members (we do not want to waste the time of the Program Committee members by sending poor or marginal papers to them)
  • Before final acceptance, all Program Committee members’ comments must be considered.
  • All conditional accepted papers must be resubmitted through electronic submission system.
  • Final acceptance decision will be made by the chairs by checking the revised version.
  • Accepted papers will be published in the AIP conference proceedings.
  • Submitting a paper to the conference means that if the paper was accepted, the author will be asked to register the conference and pay the registration fee in advance, and the fee is non-refundable. Best papers awards will be distributed during the conference.
  • Paper withdrawal request can be only accepted in writing through email to conference organizer. No paper withdrawals can be accepted after conference pre-registration date.
